Matthew C. Abramowitz, MD, is a radiation oncologist with Cancer HealthCare Associates (CHCA).

Dr. Abramowitz graduated with honors from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, in 2003. He was chief radiation-oncology resident at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA, and was a transitional resident at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. While completing his residency, he received the 2007 Young Oncologist Travel Award from the American Radium Society. Dr. Abramowitz earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and biology in 1998 at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.

Dr.  Abramowitz’s research includes “Electron Dose Calculation Comparision of Commercial Systems and Monte Carlo; Implications for Intensity/Energy Modulated Electron Therapy.” 

Dr. Abramowitz was born in 1976 in Philadelphia, PA. He lives in Miami with his wife Tracy.
